The Wild played in Edmonton tonight and came out with a 4-2 victory. They are now 3-2-1 for a total of 7 points and are in 2nd place in the Northwest. José didn't play tonight, but here are a few photos of him showing the love to Backstrom after the game. He's sporting a new short 'do also. I usually prefer his hair a bit longer, but this is actually adorable. As long as he keeps the sideburns, I'm happy. ;o)
José (Jo-say) Theodore (Thee-uh-dore) was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in 1994 and played with them until March of 2006, winning the Hart and Vezina Trophies in 2002. He spent two and a half seasons with the Colorado Avalanche. José signed with the Washington Capitals in July 2008 where he played the next two seasons. He was awarded the Masterton Trophy in 2010. He played the 2010-11 season with the Minnesota Wild, and then played 2 seasons with the Florida Panthers.
I thought I'd hate the short haircut because I love longer hair especially on Jose, but I LOVE IT. OMG He looks so sharp and sexy! Like Bond sexy. Wow. I don't he could look bad in any hairstyle.
ReplyDeleteI know...it's really quite adorable! I agree...dude could rock any hairstyle. Seriously.
