It's THEE-uh-dore, not TEE-uh-dore

Will someone please get the word to the Wild commentators, that it's THEE-ud-dore, not TEE-uh-dore! Gah!!

  1. Absolutely agree. His given name is Joe-zay,(the French pronunciation) not Hoe-zay. If they can't manage the French initial consonant, at least start the name with Joe. Don't make the name sound Spanish. His family name is Thee-uh-door, not Tee-uh-door or Tay-uh-door. Listen to the Minnesota PondCast interview where that is the first question he is asked, and get it right, please!!

  2. Agree! I was listening to one game where they kept saying both name different ways, almost like they were mocking him. It really made me mad.

  4. I'm sure he's probably used to it, but it's maddening to me. It's really not that difficult, guys. Learn it, know it, use it! ;o)
